Our Process
At the start of the evaluation, our ergonomists and your employees will discuss any areas of discomfort. During this initial stage, your employees will detail body aches or pains in places such as their lower back, forearms, back of neck or knees.
From there, our ergonomists will assess the workstation setup and evaluate various components. The team is checking for legroom and lumbar support associated with leg and back pain, keyboard and monitor height related to wrist, neck, and head aches, and adequate lighting connected to eye problems.
After the assessment, our team will decide if the workspace arrangement meets the needs of your employees. If not, our trained assessors will provide tips to make improvements and will conduct furniture and posture adjustments for optimized office usage. They can also guide department purchasers in the attainment of ergonomic furniture and accessories. Additionally, Pioneer provides furniture function analyses to provide feedback on current office setups and possible improvements.
